Customer Rating: Summary: Motorola Bluetooth HT820 Headphones Comment: We have several Motorola bluetooth products, this one was added as a test for myself, to use in cubeland. A) The product charger is a mini-USB, definitely a plus. B) We did a sync with three different bluetooth dongles, two of them were Motorola, one a DT650, the one that plugs into iPod/iTouch equipment, and the other was the Motorola bluetooth USB dongle that plugs into a laptop/desktop/tower. The third bluetooth adaptor was from Logitech. The headsets had no problem getting a sync with the various bluetooth transmitters, although we had to search how to set the Logitech into pairing mode. C) The battery life was very good to excellent for the headphones, and the ability to adjust volume, stop music, and forward/reverse the playlist, from the headset is a great feature. D) The only drawback we found was that this headset is NOT adjustable. The headset works fine for my wife, and my son, but WILL NOT fit on my huge cranium, it was very uncomfortable for me. This had NO impact on the operability of the device. Overall, we rate this unit at a 4.5 or better, we took off 0.5 for the lack of adjustment. My wife and son were going to schedule an arm-wrestle event over this unit, since I could not use it comfortably, and my wife loves to wear the headphones when she is working, and when she is excercising. They finally had a Wii boxing match for ownership......my wife loves her new bluetooth headphones......she can be tenacious regarding her excercise program....
Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome headphones. Don't expect much from the microphone. Comment: Let's be honest. Microphones in blue tooth headsets don't work well as it is, but this one is sub-par. I don't think these headphones were really intended for phone use anyway. Honestly, when I listen to my iPod using these headphones, I can't tell that there isn't a chord between the two. The sound quality is awesome. Also, I love that I can control the volume, play, pause, forward and back from the buttons on the headphones. It's great when I am at work or just putsin' around the house. I saw some reviews where some had complained of the pads coming off too easily. They do come off easily, but not too easily. If it is something that you are aware of going into the deal, then you shouldn't have a problem with it. I haven't.
If you want to use this as a headset just for your phone, don't buy it. If you want to use it for music and the occasional call that interrupts your musical enjoyment, then this is great. It switches to the phone when you get a call and then switches back when you hang up, and you don't have to touch the phone. That is pretty cool.
Customer Rating: Summary: Works great Comment: I'm using this product past 5 months and its b'ful and awesome sound quality. I didn't found any issue with this product. Easy to configure and connect. It works with my Sony Erricson W580i Walkman phone as well as my laptop. Sound quality and beats are very good. Distortion only if u move your head 90% on left, but ignorable. Its not bulky and fit easily. Its in build mic is good. While playing a music if call comes u can atend it with this headset. It has its own volume adjustment. Overall, a good peace which makes me fully satisfied. I got what i was looking for. no wire hassle now.
Customer Rating: Summary: Save the cash Comment: Sound seems very muffled when listening to music from computer. Ok headphones for using with cell-phone, have to raise voice for person on the other end to hear, some interference though. Wish I could return these.
