Summary: Cradle for Palm Centro
Comment: It works fine. I gave it four stars becasue I can't keep the protective cover (skin) on my phone and plug it into the cradle. So I had to give up the cover.

Summary: Doesn't make reliable connection
Comment: It's a nice looking unit, but the dock connection to the Palm Centro (mine is brand new, so it can't be an issue of worn-out parts) is not reliable. If I press the Centro into the dock and slightly to one side, Windows' "USB-is-connected" noise sounds, and it may even begin to charge and start a hotsync on request, but I don't anyone can -- or should -- hold still long enough to complete a hotsync before it disconnects again. I will be returning this unit.

Comment: Palm Centro AT&T phone did not fit into the cradle. The base of the unit was also loose and did not seem substantial. Unit returned for refund without problems.
