Comment: This is a great functional lamp, it does not take up a lot of desk space, it gives just the right amount of light for typing or working next to the computer. It can use any light bulbs, even the energy saving bulbs. The only thing that is not perfect is that it wobbles a little, the bottom is not flat, there's something under the lamp that makes it uneven.

Comment: This is just what I needed. This lamp gives off light,that enables me to see at nite. I keep it on my computer desk, with no other light available.
Before this lamp, I had a tensor lamp. There was no light that helped. I could see my hand if I held it right up to the light. Needless to say, I can now type my papers,and see my e-mails. This is a very good purchase for anyone not having proper lighting by their computers. Use it next to your bed for reading,and you'll get magnificent lighting.
