Summary: Excellent Product for Transferring files to Your LG Vx-8500 Chocolate
Comment: I ordered this product and tried it out with my new LG VX8500 Chocolate phone. It worked just like it said it would. I can sync information between my phone and my PC and even put on custom ringtones using separate software.

Comment: got it, really cheap, in a reasonable time and it works great. i put music and stuff on my phone by just dragging it in from my computer. highly reccomend it!

Summary: A tricky product.
Comment: I downloaded the drivers from Verizon but computer did not recognize the USB cord and reported "Unknown Device". Finally got it to work after unplugging and replugging the cable into the phone and making sure that the cable is straight. I would advise just to keep playing around with the cable and the angle in which you hold your phone.
