Summary: Beware!
Comment: All of the advertisement says works with Motorola phones. Advertisements do not specify any certian types, just Motorola phones. This does not work with iden phones ( i670 to be specific). Paid cheapo price. Not worth bothering with return. Will give to a friend or sell at flea market.

Summary: Doesn't download photos.
Comment: The product doesn't download photos from the phone to the computer. That's why I bought the software. I am very disappointed. Is there software that will perform this function? Bob.

Comment: I don't expect this to be a helpful review, I just felt the need to say what a lousy deal this software can be if you have an incompatible cell phone even though the list of compatible phones says it should work. To be blunt, the overall product sucks for compatibility, as does most of motorolas cell phone programming. Motorola does not make this product, which must be why it probably works for some phone versions and service provider combinations. After emailing tech support for the software manufacturer, they eventually gave up rather quickly as well and started to email generic replies and links to older versions of the software that were also not compatible. I just happen to choose a lemon for cell phone versions that even though listed as compatible, has an overwhelming list of complaints from other users that have the same phone version/model and service provider. Don't pay for any version of this product, it should be bundled with cell phones and should be proven compatible as well. Motorola, you suck and so does the company that made this software.

Summary: Easy tool!
Comment: MPT 4.0 was very easy to install and works great with my Motorola cell phone. It took several minutes to run the updates but I didn't mind. After the install and updates were finished, I was running version 5. The program is easy to use. I just plug in my usb cable (bought separately) to my phone and pc, then start MPT. The software is easy to use and makes it simple for me to backup my phone or transfer pictures and music.
