Summary: INHERENT PROBLEM
Comment: After experiencing problems with the digital voicemail and caller ID features on this phone within the first six weeks after purchase, I returned it as a defective product and requested a replacement of the same model. Unfortunately, before 30 days had passed, the replacement model developed the exact same issues with caller ID and voicemail. I have since returned the second defective phone and will more carefully consider any future purchases from the V-Tech products line.

Comment: Sadly, I did not heed the negative reviews of this product and I bought it anyway. As soon as we got the phone we realized our mistake. But our kids accidentally destroyed the packing material and we couldn't return it!
- We cannot even walk from end to end of our incredibly small house and still get reception.
- The phonebook holds a tiny handful of numbers
-The two handsets have separate phonebooks, so if you get the wrong phone you don't have access to the numbers you want/ need.
- These phones have repeatedly misdialed, even when the digital display reads the correct number.
-The mic cuts in and out constantly while having a conversation.
To summarize, these phones are the bane of my existence. As soon as we choose a safe replacement, they will be destroyed so that no one else suffers the same fate.

Comment: The price was right for this phone. It has everything except Speakerphone but was easy to install and operate. Not the best quality but adequate for the money.

Comment: This phone is worth getting if your strapped on cash but it is not so great. You cant see who is calling on call waiting and two people cant talk on the same line only one person on a phone at a time. I didn't really like it very much. But if your not interested in those small things then get this phone its worth the money.
