    Comment: This device has been a great addition to my LG Vu from AT&T! I use it daily at the gym. It is great to free myself from a dangling cord that likes to get caught on all sorts of things when I work out. I scoured websites to find that there aren't too many bluetooth headsets that also function for voice calls. This is very versitile. If I just need a mono voice headset I can disconnect the second speaker and have a typical bluetooth headset. The device also switches between listening to music to taking a voicecall with only one tap to answer the new call coming in and one tap to disconnect and resume listening to music. If there is anything negative to report about this device it would be that the cord that wraps around the back of your neck sometimes gets caught on your skin pulling the speaker on your ear. Just a flick to get it free again typically cures the problem.

    Summary: Definitely not perfect
    Comment: I bought this item for $20 from TigerDirect ($26 with shipping) on a good deal and since I don't use it that much, wouldnt be worth more to me. But no matter what your needs, this item is not worth more than $40.

    I use this headset with my lg venus (verizon) cellphone. It was easy to connect. But I had problems when I tried adding a second device. I gave up after a few tries since it was not worth it to me, so cannot say for sure whether this feature is reliable (my guess is no).

    Pros:
    -Sounds good for a bluetooth headset. Dont expect the highest sound quality, but I was definitely impressed. Loud and clear. Volume control dial very helpful.
    -Good battery life. I only use this to/from work everyday, so about 1.5 hours each day. But can definitely last a few days without charging. If you remember to charge every night, shouldnt be a problem.
    -Nice easy transition between calls and music. The button is easy enough to use to answer/end calls and also to pause/play/skip to next song for music.
    -Indoors I have absolutely no connectivity problems (see cons for outdoor use)
    -Good call quality. People say cant even tell I'm using a headset. (but on indoor calls)

    Cons:
    -Skips quite often when walking outside. I'm not sure if this is because of movement while walking or wind/outdoor conditions, but I experience horrible connectivity when using the headset to listen to music while walking around. I primarily use this device for music while on subway and walking to work. While I'm on the subway I have no problems, but as soon as I step outside I get skips in playback. I would estimate a skip (pause) every 10-15 seconds. So way too aggravating for this use.
    -Wire for second earpiece too short. Gets stuck in collared shirts or jackets when turning your head. Not too big a deal, just a shame considering that people want to go cordless to prevent exactly this type of thing. Still better than regular cords that can get stuck on a lot more.
    -Meant to sit outside your ear. Obviously this is a preference issue, but I prefer in-ear buds. And if they had just made that inside piece a little smaller, would be able to wear them either way. So would be nice to have that option.

    Overall these are a sturdy option. For cell phones without a 3.5mm audio jack, it is definitely nice to have the option for a Bluetooth headset that plays music. Considering that it gives you all the features of a regular bluetooth headset as well, this is a solid choice for anybody shopping around for a bluetooth headset. If you're going to get one anyway, this should be an obvious contender as long as the prices are close. However, they are definitely not perfect.

    Summary: Good features and quality - bad design
    Comment: BT8010 has most of the features you can wish bluetooth stereo headset would have. One of the feature I love and not much advertised is to ability to update headset firmware. BTW, none of the current stereo bluetooth headsets have that feature. Nevertheless, poor and bulky headset design makes it almost impossible to use. I give it two stars only to consider its features. Otherwise it is one of the most inconvenient headsets I ever used.
