Summary: My wife can use it too!!!
Comment: This remote works great, I was worried that it would not work with my older onkyo receiver but it works flawlessly. It was so much easier to configure than any other universal remote I've ever used. It is so great and easy to use, my wife can even use it. It is very intuitive and the help function is great. Five stars from me, I think that if you have one and it is not satisfactory then it must be a defect, exchange it fast.

Summary: Great unit
Comment: Works just as advertised; I do not understand the recharger complaints. It fits nicely in the recharging unit and reminding the family to do so keeps the remote findable when needed. Only good, though, if you do not need RF; keep in mind that the device must be pointed at a relatively short distance (10' or so), and directly at the units to operate them. Unit also is curiously missing an "off" button for individual units if one component happens not to turn off with the sequencing. Not a big deal, as you can just turn everything back on and then go through the shutoff sequencing again. Somewhat annoying though. Overall, I would buy it again for any setup where RF is not needed.

Comment: Easy to program, easy to use, ergonomic...it has the keys where they should be. I am not giving 5 stars because I would love to be able to modify the menus for each device when I activate devices.

Comment: I have been using this remote for over a month now. Not one complaint. The best thing about Harmony is their CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is by far the best there is on the net.

Comment: Amazingly simple to set up. Works like a champ. Flawlessly controls tv, dvd, a/v receiver, and DISH satellite box. Setup took only minutes to complete, and was easily customized to match my preferences. Had a Phillips Pronto before, Logitech blows it away. Best part is, everyone in the household can use it!
