Customer Rating: Summary: Pretty Good Comment: I bought this for my gf a few weeks ago. The headset works well and stays charged for a while, but there are a few things that we dislike about it. 1. The piece that snaps on to go over/hook the ear is much to large. It doesn't fit either of us. 2. The ear bud that goes into the ear doesn't hold the headset very firm for my gf but works well for me. 3. I dislike that the standby flashing led's can only be shut off (not flashing but on) by disconnecting, turning off the flashing, and then reconnect the headset to the phone. If you don't mind those three things then this is a pretty nice headset.
Customer Rating: Summary: Very poor audio Comment: Bought this handset about a year ago. Wanted something different from the usual BT headsets and paid a premium for it. But totally disappointed...the audio is terrible...there's too much static and you have to speak at the top of your voice to get heard on the other side...that is if you get lucky. The customer service from the company is good though, they've patiently replaced 2 units so far for when i contacted them with the audio problem (I would have preferred that they acknowledge the problem with the product and replaced it with their best seller),
Customer Rating: Summary: I like my Ant Comment: Trying to find a Bluetooth headset is very hard. When you go to the B&M's there all blister packed. So I took a shot(after reading a few reviews) and picked up this little guy. I already own the Jabra BT 125 and didn't find it's earhook that comfortable(it gets to you after a while and the blue LED is EXTREMELY bright at night). The "in" ear piece that the BlueAnt has is both good and bad. I choose not to use the earhook with this one and for me the part that does fit in your ear is more comfortable. However, my wife can't put it in her ear, it just won't fit. So petite women might want to try something else. Also, coming loose while walking around has sometimes happened. If you do the majority of your talking in the car or otherwise stationary, you shouldn't have a problem (or just snap on the hook). Sound quality is pretty good and it seems to be plenty loud. The LED's can be turned off but there not distractingly bright anyways. It's a little bigger than the micro sized BT 125 but I find it easer to put on. For the price I can't complain.
Customer Rating: Summary: falls of ear, bad reception Comment: Did not like it at all. Was very loose on ear, fell of ear easy and had very bad reception and lots of background noise and static. Went back to the plantronic which is much better
