Summary: Not what I ordered!
Comment: So I buy this item because its the stylus with the ball that keeps them from slipping and NOT the ones with the stupid ball point pen. They send me the one with the stupid ball point pen!! So I contact the company, they say Amazon had the wrong product picture and description on the item and they'd have it changed. Well, whoop-de-doo! I'm still stuck with the wrong stylus! Do yourself a favor, buy these from a local dealer. Make sure you get what you want.

Comment: Since UTStarcom did a crappy job making the stylus stay put on the PPC, this is a great replacement for the ones you will loose. Fits nicely in the stylus slot.

Comment: The stylus does NOT have a pen in the tip. This is a very good stylus that fits snug in the phone antenna. The written description is accurate, but the photos are not.

Summary: So much better than OEM
Comment: I kept losing and then re-ordering the OEM styluses because they would slide out of the phone. These can only slide out maybe 3/4 of an inch before a little knob on the side stops them. I'm so happy about this that I thought I'd order some more... until I realized I didn't need more because I'm not losing them anymore!
