Summary: disappointed in seller
Comment: I wanted to cancel this order when it became apparent it could not be combined with my other order. I did not want to pay multiple shipping fees. I recieved a message to late order pulled and in shipping process. This was all done on a Sunday and the order was not shipped until the following Tuesday. Sad way to do business that no one is availble to stop this order days before it shipped.

Comment: If your looking for a basic desk phone, caller ID, this is the one. Does the job at a great price.

Comment: We were looking for a new phone to replace our old one that no longer worked after 20+ years. The phone claims to have caller id, but whenever a call comes in there is no information available to view before picking up the phone. Also, this phone claims to be "wall mountable". I mounted it to the wall (where the old one was), put the receiver on and the receiver wouldn't stay. This is a very disappointing product from at&t. They don't make them like they used to. We'll be lucky to get a year out of this phone.

Comment: I was looking for a slimline phone with a speaker, the description of this phnoe indicated it had a speaker, after I received it there was no speaker so I returned it to Amazon.com

Summary: Good basic phone, maybe not so good for wall
Comment: I've had a white trimline-style phone on my kitchen wall for many, many years and finally got tired of trying to clean it. So I hopped online and looked for a replacement. I wanted Caller-Id but didn't want to spend a fortune so this phone seemed to fit the bill.
Now that we've had it for a couple of weeks, I'd say it works fine as a phone and haven't had any Caller-Id problems. The only thing is it's kind of "thick" for a wallphone, and sticks out from the wall more than my last phone did. Also the hook that holds the receive in place is a bit flimsy and you have to be careful when you hang it up. If you plan to hang this on the wall and have little kids or pets or clumsy husbands who will run into it, be prepared for the receiver to get knocked off a lot. Other than that it's perfect for the price.
