Customer Rating: Summary: Not So Great Comment: If you really want to know, this blue tooth ear piece kept falling out of my ear and then..... I lost it. So, I would not recommend this to anyone. Also, Amazon's purchase of the product was my SECOND purchase because I bought it in a store first, and it fell out of my ear also. I thought a second one would fit better.

Customer Rating: Summary: Great with the Rumor by LG Comment: Breakdown:
-Quality depends totally on your phone type
-comfortable in ear
-easy to press answer/end button
-hard to press volume buttons
-great reception with right phone
This is my 1st bluetooth earpiece so at first I was not aware that the earpiece will work differently with different phones. When I got the Jabra about 10 months ago I was not very happy with it. I was using it with the Tre 650 through Sprint. It fit good in my ear and I liked the different design options, but there were technical problems. I could hear fine, but anyone I talked too said I kept cutting out. They didn't hear the background noise like you do with other earpieces, but half the time they couldn't hear me either. I got tired of having to repeat myself and quit using it for a while. Now about a month ago I got the Rumor phone by LG, through Sprint and the Jabra works great with it. With the Treo I had to keep my phone right by me at all times, I would get bad reception even if my phone was in my pocket. Now I can walk all around my house with barely any reception trouble at all. I don't have any problems with any one being able to hear me anymore. In fact they can't even tell I'm on the earpiece. My only problem now is that the earpiece takes about 3 seconds to connect after I press the answer button. Which is better than the Treo since the Jabra wouldn't answer the Treo at all. 3 seconds may not seem like much but it is enough time for you to say hello and then for the other person to start talking before you can hear what they are saying. Also I am horrible about dropping stuff so I have really torn up the earpiece. I have lost the plastic piece that holds in your design so now I just have a black Jabra (no big deal). I also lost the little rubber ring that goes around the piece that fits in your ear and the earpiece is still comfortable. Overall I love the Jabra with the Rumor phone.
Customer Rating: Summary: Nice Bluetooth head set Comment: I got this phone for $ 15.00 from a local retailer. For the price, this head set is doing extremely well. Easy to pair and operate. Good value for money.
Customer Rating: Summary: You get what you pay for Comment: This was my first Bluetooth headset. It is a little better than the wired types but I still get far superior clarity, both for myself and the person with whom I am speaking, if I just have the phone on my ear.
Customer Rating: Summary: Looks great - operates poorly Comment: I purchased this from Amazon.com. Really different - which I love - artsy and very small...great price - excellent ship time - but the item functions very poorly! When I attempt to answer calls, the calls are automatically diverted to my voicemail. When I end a call, the button will not work to end the call, I have to pull my phone out and end the call via my cell phone!
I love the fit - the earpiece is a little uncomfortable, but I'd rather put up with that than feel like the bluetooth was going to fall off my ear, which my Motorola H700 fits very loosely.
The buttons on it are small, which other reviewers have mentioned, I can deal with that. Plain and Simple: he bluetooth doesn't function properly - I can manage the buttons just fine - but they don't work right! Don't buy this one. I would return it, but the directions state that it has to be in the same condition as received to return - and I already punched out the little decorative pieces that go on the bluetooth - so, guess I'm stuck :( bad deal. Live and learn. Learn from me - don't buy it.
