Summary: Well worth the money
Comment: Upon receiving the Printmaster,I found the directions were quite simple.I made out a bunch of Christmas cards,in which I got great reviews.Plan on using it alot in the coming months/years.I highly recommend this program.

Comment: After installing the product in a new top of the line computer running Vista I could not start the software. Every time I tried to start it I got an error message and the program would shut down.
I looked all over the place and could not find a tech support phone number.
Back in the box and back to Amazon was my cure

Comment: Printmaster - Platinum Version 18Although I have used Prinmaster and Broderbund for over 15 years, I am totally dissatisfied with this product.
It advertises 1,350,000 graphics, however over 1,000,000 require Internet access but the program refuses to connect, even for registration.
On the registration icon it clearly indicated that one of the offerings expired several years ago, which is OK because it won't connect to the Internet anyway. A years subscription to the Million Image Club is offered by contacting Broderbund. The URL does not seem to exist.
Via the use of a magnifying glass, I discovered a statement that this program may not work with Internet Explorer 7, but does offer advice on uninstalling it and how to reinstall Internet Explorer 6. Totally unacceptable.
I thought it was a new program but I have found little to no improvement over earlier version
Attempts to contact the multiple companies involve (ie Broderbund, Encore, Navarre) have met with no results or contacts.
I give this program the lowest possible rating and highly recommend against it's purchase.

Summary: A major disappointment...
Comment: I've owned several earlier editions of PrintMaster and have loved them all...but 18 is a trainwreck. Probably the biggest disappointment is the limited access to the million+ art. I loved having the images on CD/DVDs instead of having to connect to the internet. Broderbund is assuming all of their customers have access to 24 hour high speed internet when that isn't true. I cannot always connect to the Internet so I'm out of luck when I am working on a "quick" project but can't access the templates or the images I need. Why did they get rid of that feature?
