This is the one you've been waiting for. The USB Pro Throttle is the foundation of the advanced gamers control setup. The Pro Throttle button features will add the ability to successfully conquer the most advance sims and your best opponents. The smooth throttle slide control will help you out maneuver your opponents for hours in online combat arenas. You want the best, get CH Products. Sporting combat features to allow the new throttle to excel at flight sims to first person shooter games. New features of the pro throttle include a mode switch to allow three defined sets that can be switched on the fly. An LED light array to show the user which button set he or she has loaded: regular, combat, or advanced mode. A mini joystick is mounted for control with the thumb to allow advanced targeting, 360-degree view control, an excellent tool for racking up the "frags" in first person shooting games. The Pro Throttle USB is the meanest tool for combat / flight simulation produced by CH Products to date.

Summary: amazing quality and precision
Comment: CH certainly does not disappoint. This is yet another amazing product of good quality and precision. I use it primarily to play Falcon 4.0: Allied Force. The only thing I would suggest to make this throttle control better would be to simply make it heavier. If you give it a good shove forward or back, it will slide a bit. I've had it for awhile and it has held up perfectly. No problems what so ever. All things considered, I have to give it 5 stars.

Comment: I have been using the CH Pro Throttle for close to a year now. I also have the CH Pro Pedals and CH Fighterstick. Together this IMO is the best HOTAS set up on the market. There are eight programmable buttons/pots on the Pro Throttle. I play IL2 1946 Sturmovik and fly for hours every day with no problems ever. The CH products are AMERICAN MADE and will out last their Asian built competitors products every time. My squad mates I fly with are always complaining about their Chinese products falling apart or some other tech issue. I have had NO PROBLEMS at all with my CH gear and strongly suggest you get the best quality hardware for your gaming enjoyment. There are plenty of buttons to map your games commands to and therefor eliminate the need to use your keyboard for flying virtually. Just buy the best and to heck with the rest of those Chinese cheap quality built flashy HOTAS set ups that will only last a couple of years maybe before falling apart. You will be glad you did in the end.

Comment: I don't need to use the keyboard anymore. In combination with the Fighterstick, I have plenty of buttons to map my Aces High programming!

Comment: This is a awesome piece of gear. The ministick is a great addition. The only thing I dont like is the way it slides...it doesn't seem very precise. However, I would recommend this throttle to anyone who wanted the best.

Comment: CH is the industry standard in flight controllers.
I've tried several different throttles from various manufacturers but this is best so far.
I've used it for all types of flight sims: general aviation, combat, and soaring (used as spoiler lever).
It works great and, because of the three modes available, it has so many options I will never find a use for them all. The CH programming software allows users to program the controllers in ways that are only limited by their imaginations and talent.
I wish that my model had a bit more resistance in the movement as I sometimes open spoilers or change throttle settings slightly without immediately noticing because I've slightly bumped or moved the throttle. There are modifications to the resistance that can be made once the warranty period has ended. I have not attempted any of these yet. You can find these by searching the internet.
I have this paired with a CH FighterStick and CH ProPedals.
