Summary: Great hood, but strange system.
Comment: I bought this hood a couple weeks ago, and while it does everything it is supposed to do, i cant seem to get used to the strange system for converting it to gaiter, half mask, full mask, etc.
This hood will keep you super warm, but keep in mind that if you have a decent amount of hair on your head, it will be a bit high on your neck when you use it as a full mask. When I use this for jogging, there is no problem, but used for skiing it might be best to also have a dedicated neck gaiter on hand.

Summary: I love my Balaclava
Comment: I bought this for cold weather biking and boy is it fantastic. It certainly does it's job of keeping my head warm in the cold weather. The only real "problem" I've had with it is, if it's not VERY cold, I breath out warm air, and am again breathing back IN the warm air, which I kinda dislike. If it's freezing outside this is not an issue, and it seems like just an opinion, so this is a 5-star item for me.

Comment: Bought this for my son for baseball for the cold early April practices and games. He just loves it. No more cmplaining of how cold his ears and face are. Well worth the money

Summary: Lightweight Greatness!
Comment: I bought this hood because I am on a rowing team in northeast Ohio. The river is very cold at 4:30 in the morning, and I wanted something that was lightweight and kept me warm. This hood is exactly that. You may not even notice it is on after a while, but it has kept my head warmer than any other product I have tried. Great buy and is worth the money!
