Comment: This item took for ever to arrive, then wasn't the one I needed/or just plain didn't work. Computer will not recognize phone. Not worth the price even if it was free.

Summary: bad USB cable and wrong drivers for Samsung U620
Comment: The cable and drivers received were not for my Samsung U620. U620 is not an option in the list of drivers provided on the CD.
Realizing that I downloaded the Verizon software which includes drivers for Samsung U620, but the cable provided didn't work in this case either. I'm getting a connection failure when the phone is trying to connect with the PC.
I requested a new cable and drivers, but did not receive anything yet.
