Summary: item arrived looking like picture.
Comment: Appears to be made well, though time will tell. All the openings were in the correct spot and accessible, but of course you still have to open the flap to use the touch screen. But it looks good and protects the unit nicely. Also has a sturdy clip on the outside of the case witch is nice. Hate spending that much money on a case, but I want unit to last, so I guess it's worth the investment. There was another case on the market in leather that was even more expensive. I had a hard time swallowing that nut, but I'm glad I chose this one, as it is just fine. Actually I would rate it 4 1/2 stars if I could. I think I would only use 5 stars with something I was unexpectedly thrilled with. I thought I purchased a five star item with my new ScanSnap scanner, but alas it does have it's shortcomings,(though I still love it)
