Customer Rating: Summary: Motorola H700 Bluetooth Comment: Motorola Bluetooth Headset H700
When I first received this product, I had some difficulty pairing it with my cell phone. Make sure you read the instructions carefully! And make sure you keep the instructions-it comes in handy IF you buy a new cell phone. So far, I am loving my bluetooth
Customer Rating: Summary: Motorola H700 Comment: After considerable research, I selected this headset to go with my wife's new phone. The headset is great - clear at both ends of the conversation, easy to use and comfortable. We highly recommend this item.
Customer Rating: Summary: motorola h700 bluetooth headset Comment: pros
- easy to pair with treo 750
- very long battery life
- snug fit
- inexpensive (see con below)
cons
- people on the other end often complain about muffling
- appeared to have been opened/used/returned; i guess that's why the price was so low
Customer Rating: Summary: horrible motorola product Comment: This thing was the biggest waste of money. Its unreliable, hardly ever works, and it does not securely stay on your ear. I charge it every night but it's usually dead by the end of the day even when it is turned off. I hate it and I wish I never bought the stupid thing.
Customer Rating: Summary: Survived a full wash cycle plus it's loud enough to hear people clearly! Comment: I've owned about a dozen different BT headsets over the last few years. This is my favorite by far for a few reasons:
1) I washed it in my jeans about a month ago and after it dried for 2 days it still works flawlessly! I can't believe it.... it was even a front load washer so it was an hour and forty minutes in there plus a super fast spin cycle! I almost just threw it away since I figured it was broken but decided on a lark to charge it and try it and was shocked when it worked just fine. I washed it along with the corded headset for my HTC PDA phone which came out in broken pieces.
2) This is the only headset that is loud enough that I actually have to turn the volume down. With all the others I've owned I have had to strain to hear people, especially in the car.
3) I've pocket dialed too many people to count with headsets in my pocket that are still turned on that redial the last call when a button is pushed... let's just say it's created awkward and embarrassing accidents... This powers off automatically when it's folded.
4) With my phone at least, when it's activated during a call that I started on the handset it pairs easily and takes over the call whether it's from the closed/powered-off position or is on but I answered on the handset.
5) I routinely talk on this for business con-calls from hotels for as much as 5 hours on a single charge, even post wash-cycle...
6) It's got a standard mini-USB connector so I can charge it from my laptop with the same cable that charges my Kindle, phone, battery recharger and Kindle.
