Comment: I'm a 64 yr old Grama, been cooking since I was 11. I'm a big fan of America's Test Kitchen and bought my first Victorinox knife on their recommendation. I'm buying these knives for my grown, children. These knives just keep on giving they stay sharp and are well balanced. I received my knives 3 days after ordering through Amazon. My next shipment came in 2 days. Unheard of at Christmas. Great job!!!!!
