Summary: Organist loves the light
Comment: We bought this lamp because we gave our old one to our church organist. She is 70 - something and needed really good light to see the music. Works perfect. We use ours to provide good light for knitting.

Comment: The Verilux natural spectrum deluxe lamp is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I do a lot of crafts (crochet and cross-stitch) and I can see so much better with this lamp. I can move the flexible head in any direction so the light is always "just right." I also like the handy tray~perfect for scissors, needles, coffee, etc. My husband likes it because it makes it much easier to read the paper and he has a place for his glasses and the remote. I really can't say enough about this lamp. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We're probably going to end up getting another one soon because we often want to use the one we have at the same time!

Summary: Excellent, flexible, does the job
Comment: It's not a 'decor' item: it's more business-like than that. Simply put: it's a standing lamp which is highly flexible in height and flexible in the way you can point the lamp so it's on the work and not in your eyes. It was just right for reading in my recliner. I wouldn't use it out in the living room, but it's nice in my den.
