Summary: Terrific Headset
Comment: Features: slider to turn on/off; bendable earpiece for attaching to your ear and charger. Out of the box I charged it. Charged fully and quickly. Turned on my Blackberry 7290, turned on blackberry bluetooth, headset bluetooth connected to Blackberry with no problem. Made calls went fine. Volume is good. A little static here and there but nothing that is a showstopper. Picked this up at office depot during black friday sale. It was one choice up from the least expensive headset of the day. I think it's a keeper!
ps my blackberry is at least 4 year old technology if not older and i have had no problems whatsoever.

Comment: i bought this product from this site. then when i received it, it did not work. i had to call the original manufacturer to get it replaced. now i have to pay for a second one. not pleased.

Summary: Worst bluetooth in the world
Comment: This is the worst product that I have ever bought. I never got the chance
to use it because both times that I bought, brand new, it didn't work.
I am currently sending the other one back. The both had the same problem, Neither of them would charge and so the headset was always dead. The worst part is that I have already lost money in shipping that I can't get back. In the end this experiance has been bad. Don't buy this product.

Comment: Purchased a new, retail packaged product and it never worked. The headset would not take a charge. I decided to return this item for a refund as I needed a headset now and could not wait for an exchange.
