You need to be careful when retracting the cord (be gentle and pull from both ends), but that is to be expected. It's small enought to keep in a pocket in my purse with my flash drive. It charges and allows me to sync. The other news is that the cable is thin (as someone else had noted) so you have to be careful with it, especially when you are retracting it. A Customer Rating: Summary: JAVOSync A Waste Comment: This item is NOT worth the money. First off, every time I use it with my Palm Treo 700p the thing resets my Treo. The sync feature does not work, the tiny "cable" does not actually retract.
It's junk.
The standard Palm sync & charge cable that came with my Treo may be bulky, but at least it WORKS.
