Customer Rating: Summary: Pros & cons Oem WEP500 Comment: I recently purchased the Samsung WEP 500 to replace a different model that I lost. It is small, light weight, and is very comfortable to wear. However, the placement of the control button, causes the user to constantly redial the last number, when trying to adjust the fit of the earpiece. Also, I could not get a good clear connection as with other models I tried.
