Summary: Cheap product that does NOT fit the XV6800, poor Cust Svc.
Comment: When this item first arrived, it was not this item at all, but a clear pastel pink case that did not properly fit the XV6800, as advertised. The company said they would send the proper item, and then could not even tell me what I'd ordered originally. They said they'd send the correct item and a prepaid return label, and guaranteed that this one would FIT the phone. It did not. It was for the Sprint version, which is...different. So, ew. And...cheaply made. Not rubberized, just...matte. Ew. Also, they never refunded me, despite my request, or sent me return labels.
